Weigh-in for this week

Welp, I am now .2 pounds HEAVIER than I was to begin with 3 weeks ago. Wish me luck, I still have 7 weeks to accomplish this. I just love food too much. But hey, admitting you have a problem (eating addiction) is the first step in recovery, right?
Thanks for all the words of encouragement everyone and for the suggestions. Karen, I started the yogurt thing today. Hopefully that will help!

Add a workout to that walking. Seems like getting weight off for me has taken a lot of hard work....sniff..whaa!

I am getting my tonsils and adenoids out tomorrow. I hear that you lose at least ten pounds from a lack of being able to swallow. I am excited, but maybe it is not for everyone. :)

you are doing awesome! keep it up but try to keep away from kent's suggestion :) although it made me laugh! doesn't it suck how 1 bad thing adds 3 bad lbs. whereas 5 good things (including workouts) take away .3 lbs.? not fair! HANG IN THERE!

way to go heidi! Seriously check out the BMI stuff. It makes me feel better. Also, boys can lose weight way faster...yours pounds to lose should only be 5 to their 10. :)
