Depressing...

Well, I don't have the pix for proof (they are on my brother's phone), but after 2 weeks of the "weight loss challenge," I still have .2 of a pound to lose before losing an entire pound. So, today I stepped it up a notch and instead of walking for an hour, I jogged/walked for half an hour and then walked for 45 min. Hopefully that will help to produce some better results for the next weigh-in on Sunday night!

You are very brave Heidi! Kurt and I did a "Biggest Loser" challenge with some of my family right after I had Lexi. Kurt and I tied and won it, go figure! :) Anyways, everyone who participated put in $10. and the winner took all. I was able to buy a new outfit with my winnings. Anyways, you guys should do it by percentage of weight lost rather than pounds. It's easier for guys to lose the pounds. Good luck! You can do it!

You are awesome Heidi and if you really want it you can do it. Secret Weapon? Yoplait Light Yogurt subbed for 1 meal then eat a cheese stick for snack. The yogurt is the best stuff and only $.40 at Walmart! Good luck!
